Day 1: Knox Mountain (Bike Set Up / Breaking & Cornering)

Day 2: Crawford (Climbing Techniques / Line Choice & Trail Reading)

Day 3: Lake Country Dirt Jumps ( Pumping & Jumping)

Day 4: UBCO Trails (Small Drops / Body Positioning / On Trail Repair)

Day 5: Gillard Shuttles (Descending Skills)

Day 6: SilverStar (Combination of skills learned throughout the clinic)

Our clinic is designed to give all riders confidence, skills, and an unforgettable trail experience.

  • Basic Maintenance Workshops: Learn on trail bike maintenance, including fixing flats, gear adjustments, and how to get back to the trailhead in a pickle.

  • Stronger Connections: Build lasting friendships with fellow riders and fully immerse yourself in the clinic’s energetic atmosphere.

Schedule Overview

Our Adult Skills Clinic runs three days per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday or Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday), 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm over two weeks, for a total of six progressive sessions.

Each session is carefully designed to build on the previous one, allowing riders time to develop, apply new techniques, and grow their confidence on the bike.

Full Clinic (6 Sessions): $600
The complete program – perfect for riders who want the full experience and maximum skill development.

Half Clinic (3 Sessions): $350
Choose three sessions that fit your schedule or focus on the skills you're most interested in.
